Hola Amigos!
A philosophy that Costa Ricans live by is known as “Pura Vida” or the Pure Life–but really means “full of life.” It is the most characteristic Costa Rican phrase, and on this retreat, we plan to tap into this. Pura Vida is living in the moment. Catching the surf wave. Noticing the sunset. Watching the birds. Smiling. Laughing. Enjoying each experience that we have, and not taking it for granted.
Join us as we explore the Pura Vida lifestyle in all that we do. The yoga studio is state of the art. The food is top-notch–delicious and healthy. The location next to the ocean is perfect. There are a plethora of room choices and price points, whether you prefer to camp or live in the lap of luxury.
On this adventure, we will explore the Pura Vida lifestyle from three perspectives: Physical Alchemy, Spiritual Alchemy, and Mental Alchemy. For us as Alchemist Yogis, our laboratory is our mat and the ingredients are our bodies, poses, breath, thoughts. When we apply this to our lives, they are changed forever. Happiness becomes our natural alchemy.
This retreat is dedicated to helping you regain your natural balance so you can grow your happiness in all ways. Our tribe will be no more than 17 Amigos.
