You will fly into Capodochino Airport (NAP – Naples). Alternatively you could fly into Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino Airport (FCO – Rome) and take the train to Naples.

We will depart for Ischia from Naples meeting at the Port of Naples.
If you want to meet in Ischia two options are to arrive in at either of these Ferry Docks: Ischia Porto (most frequent stops) or Forio (closer to villa)
The Villa Lina is located in the countryside of Panza in the area of Forio, Ischia

The best way to prepare is to get out there and exercise! It is important that you engage in some cardiovascular activity that suits your lifestyle like yoga, biking, jogging, walking, swimming, or aerobics. The most important thing to remember is to maintain your level of physical fitness and to get used to being active for consecutive days.

Italians are true to their reputation of being proud, passionate and lively characters. Complemented by their first class hospitality and excellent cuisine, the locals always welcome those who share an appreciation for life’s simple pleasures. People-watching in Italy is entertaining, particularly at the end of the day when social interaction is the only element of importance. Any attempts to speak their language are highly appreciated by Italians, so be sure to learn a few words and phrases. More importantly, the people you meet will be excited to help you out with your speaking skills. Finally, Italians have a deep appreciation of beauty and take great pride in art, sport, history and wine! In Italy, there will always be a full glass of red wine to toast the treasures of these truly wonderful people and their truly captivating culture.

  1. Hello! I really want to practice yoga with you, but I have an house there, so is it possible just do lessons?

    • Ciao Vanessa,
We hope you received our email saying we’d welcome you to join our yoga classes while in Ischia.

Please let us know if you are still interested and we will send you further details.

      Grazie mille!

  2. Ciao Silvia! Like Vanessa, I also live near Ischia so all the fun touring activity is something I get to do everyday (I know! Lucky us!). Can you provide a little more detail about the retreat content other than the touring activity? I heard about the retreat via the MindBodyGreen post on happiness & fitting in… so I’m curious whether the retreat also features classes/workshops on these topics. Thanks!!!

  3. Dear Silvia,

I’ve been away from my yoga practice for about a year due to an injury. Is the level of yoga appropriate for someone returning to their practice?
