My sister and I are looking for a yoga, spa, meditation and spiritually awakening retreat? I just turned 50 on 1/1 this year and she turned 50 last year…we have a few friends that could join us. I am very active, I workout with a personal trainer a cpl times a week, plus to yoga a cpl times a week, I am physically fit..my sister is quite overweight and wants to get on a health kick again, she went on a really great diet program a cpl years ago and lost over 40 lbs, but then a terrible tragedy happened where her husband committed suicide and she’s gained it all back and then some and is having a hard time getting motivated again. It’s been well over a year now since the terrible day…so was hoping to find something she would feel comfortable doing and possible get her mindset to getting on that healthy path again. Looking for some time maybe in March 23- 31 April 8-14 or 16-28 time frames would work good. either a week sat to sat or long weekends…4-5 days too. Thanks
