Gratitude and Growth Yoga Retreat at Xinalani Nov 26-Dec 1, 2011

“CHANGE YOUR EXPECTATIONS FOR YOURSELF: EXPECT THE BEST, EXPECT YOUR FORTUNES TO CHANGE, EXPECT A MIRACLE. REACQUAINT YOURSELF WITH THAT VISION.” Dr. Wayne Dyer

Intention is defined as setting an expectation for yourself, an expectation to your OWN GROWTH AND EVOLUTION.

Going away on this yoga retreat to beautiful Xinalani will help us reconnect to our commitment to grow by making time to focus on our Best Intentions. We will have space to breath our yoga twice daily and expand our connection to this promise we have made ourselves. Along with actively practicing guided Gratitude Meditations to recognize that we have all COME A LONG WAY ALREADY.

The power of our intention is that focus on one clear thing coming away from this retreat you will be more clear about the direction of your growth and evolution. Not 50 things at the same time. It is like the Buddhist parable of how to dig for water: instead of digging 100 holes focus your efforts and dig 100 times in the same place and then for sure we’ll strike water. Join us to refocus your promise to yourself and the kind of life you want for yourself. And with the New Year of 2012 approaching let’s really grow in our lives what is most important to us, to our health, to our hearts, to our peace of mind. Yours in gratitude, Silvia & Jacob, Alchemy Tours
